If you're a teen, and looking for a low impact, strength building form of exercise, SUMMER STRONG: Teen Yoga is for you! Guest instructor, Jessie Yates, will lead SUMMER STRONG: Teen Yoga under the TCPL pavilion at 11:30 on the last Friday's of June and July. If it rains, plan to meet in the TCPL Community Room. Bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water. Due to COVID regulations, space is limited, so be sure to secure your spot!
