TCPL is hosting a representative from the HANDS (Health Access Nurturing Development Services) program to teach new or expecting parents about the importance of safe sleep for babies. We will be giving away a sound machine, and children are welcome to come with their caregivers. Contact the library at 270-465-2562 or by email at daniellemanning@tcplibrary.org with any questions.
