The Friends of Taylor County Public Library are hosting a Spring Book Sale for all ages on Saturday, March 8, at TCPL from 9 AM-3 PM. Hardback books are $1 each and paperback books are .50. Patrons may choose to buy a bag of books for only $5.

Homeschool Hangout

Homeschool Hangout is for families who homeschool their kids/teens and want to hang out with other families. The whole family is invited to craft, play games, and take part in each month's seasonal activity. This program meets in the Community Room. 

Spring is almost here, and we’re ready to dig in at Homeschool Hangout! Join us to celebrate the season by planting flower seeds in peat pots using TCPL’s seed catalog and learning how gardens grow!

Upcycle Crafting

Upcycle Crafting is for kids and teens (10-17 years old). In this monthly series, we'll re-use everyday items like styrofoam, milk jugs, old eyeshadow pallets, and more to create cute crafts. We'll meet monthly with the help of Ladelthia Underwood, an amazing artist and crafter.

Ever wanted to make your own silicone mold? Now’s your chance! Join us for Upcycle Crafting on Wednesday, March 5th; artist Ladelthia Underwood will show us how it’s done! Bring a small item you'd like to mold—we’ll provide the rest!
