Locations: Taylor County Public Library Age Group: Adults Program Type: Health & Wellness Veterans Outreach Veterans Outreach meets the fourth Wednesday each month. Benefits Field Representative Kevin Kearns will help you file claims for veteran disability compensation, non-service connected pensions, survivor benefits, and educational benefits. Wondering if you could qualify for disability benefits? A Veteran does not have to be completely physically disabled in order to receive disability benefits. If you know a Veteran that ever had to go to sick call while on active duty or had any injuries or medical issues while on active duty that still affect them today, they could be eligible to receive monthly compensation.

Bring in your favorite rock and learn more about it. We will learn how to identify rocks from their color, shape, and sometimes how they taste!
