Join us in the Community Room for Gentle Yoga on Mondays from 4-5 PM with Certified Yoga Instructor, Jessie Harden-Calhoun. This class is open to anyone ages 16+ whose body allows them to get on the floor and back up to standing.
We will focus on stress relieving techniques with breath work and full body relaxation, increasing flexibility, and reducing pain. Bring your own mat! Blocks will be provided.
