TCPL is proudly promoting FREE classes led by Jessie Yates, owner of PAZ Yoga and Wellness. This includes a weekly Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning meditation class, focusing on exhaling fear and inhaling courage. This class can be done without a yoga mat, in a seated position.

To join these sessions, visit, click on Book a Class, find the FREE class session you'd like to attend (classes are sorted by date), and click Book. You'll be prompted to book through the Mindbody app (you'll have to create an account if you don't already have one).
