Please read this note from Library Director Tammy Snyder regarding our June 15th re-opening:

As we begin our journey back to “normal land” at the library, we ask that patrons be patient and courteous in regards to the new rules in place for everyone’s safety. The library will re-open Monday, June 15th with limited services and limited capacity.  We ask that you abide by the 6 feet social distancing and face mask requirements when entering the library.

Computer use will be available for a 30-minute time limit. Front desk service will be available only for copies, faxes, and notaries. We regret that the collection is not accessible at this time. Patrons still will need to use our call-in and on-line Curbside Service for borrowing items. Restrooms will be locked so patrons will need to request a key at the front desk.

Our regular hours of operation remain the same: Mon | Wed | Fri: 9 AM-5 PM; Tues | Thurs: 9 AM-7 PM ; Sat: 9 AM-2 PM. We ask that anyone entering the building age 6 and over wear a mask.

We have reserved library use from 9 AM-10 AM every day for Seniors 65 and older. Library staff are not able to assist patrons with computer needs who are not wearing a mask. The library staff will wear face masks for the duration of operational hours.

Once again, we appreciate everyone’s cooperation while we navigate these new routines that enable us to reopen safely.

Kind regards,

Tammy Snyder, Director
