TCPL invites you for candy, games, and fun to its second annual trick-or-treat event at the Taylor County Primary Center Gym! The event will be held on Halloween night, October 31st from 5 - 8 PM. The first 100 Trick-or-Treaters will get a Halloween-themed bag from TCPL.
