Join Cheryl Crenshaw for Chair Yoga, a low-impact exercise program suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Experience the benefits of movement and relaxation in a supportive environment!

During the TCPL renovation, Chair Yoga will meet at First Methodist Church (317 E Main St, Campbellsville, KY 42718). Please enter through their East First Street entrance.
