For individuals with chronic illnesses, medical conditions, or disabilities seeking to network with peers and gain insight on how to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Come and join us! This group is led by Carrie Crockett, MSSW, CSW with the UofL Health Stroke System of Care. 

UofL Health and Wellness Group will meet at the Kentucky Career Center for September and October.
