Have you ever wanted to design your own fantasy map with mountains, oceans, lakes, villages all named by you? Then come to the YA room September 20th from 3:30-4:30! Inspired by Hobbit Day, we will create our own maps with cardstock, pens, markers, and even rice! Have fun with the geography of your own world and talk with others about cool place names! 

The inspiration of this program comes from the fantastical world of Lord of the Rings. We'll listen to the Hobbit soundtrack as we draw. This event is open to teens ages 12-17.
