Brown Bag Book Club // TCPL Community Room

Meets on: The first Thursday of each month at 12:00 PM

This book club reads a variety of fiction books and gathers once a month to discuss. Bring your own lunch, or enjoy some of the provided snacks. Contact Julie at juliesterchi@tcplibrary.org or Cindy at cindywilliams@tcplibrary.org for more details. 

At February's meeting we will discuss Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier.

Mother Daughter Book Club // TCPL YA Room

Meets on: The first Thursday of each month at 5:00 PM

This book club is geared toward teenage girls and their mother, grandmother, aunt, or other female adult loved one. We read a variety of mainly fiction books and gather to discuss once a month. Contact Kimberly at kimberlyburton@tcplibrary.org for more details.

Adventure Book Club // TCPL Junior Room

Meets on: The second Thursday of each month at 3:30 PM

This book club is geared toward "tweens" or ages 8-11. We will read a variety of adventure stories and gather once a month to discuss, do crafts, and eat snacks. Contact Kimberly at kimberlyburton@tcplibrary.org for more details. 

At February's meeting we will discuss Island of the Blue Dolphins by Scott O'Dell.

Men's Book Club // Harden Coffee

Meets on: The third Thursday of each month at 12:00 PM at Harden Coffee

This book club is for men who like to read a variety of mainly non-fiction topics. This group, led by Dave DeBrot, is largely discussion based. Members are encouraged to participate in thoughtful dialogue, and to "leave their guns at the door!" Contact Jessie Yates at jessieyates@tcplibrary.org for more details.

Bones & Scones // TCPL Community Room

Meets on: The third Tuesday of each month at 5:00 PM

This book club is for lovers of "cozy mysteries." We will read a different cozy mystery each month and gather to discuss and eat snacks. For more information contact Cindy Williams at cindywilliams@tcplibrary.org or Sarah Hampton at sarahhampton@tcplibrary.org.

At February's meeting we will discuss The Secret Book & Scone Society by Ellery Adams.
