Growth, and Restoration with Cynthia White, M.Ed.

Cynthia White, M.Ed. received her masters degree in counseling from Western Kentucky University. She worked with grieving and traumatized children for 34 years, conducted training all over the United States and in Japan, and founded the non-profit Kids Hurt Too Hawaii where she worked as the Executive Director for the past 15 years. She is now living in Campbellsville, caring for her mother.

This workshop will focus on the following topics:

  • The impact of childhood grief and trauma
  • The importance of play in restoring healthy functioning
  • How adults can help children impacted by death, divorce, placement in foster care, abuse, or neglect.
