Mat Yoga  

This yoga class meets in the Community Room on Mondays at 5:15 pm and is led by Liza Turner. All attendees, especially beginners, are encouraged to take the class at their own pace. If you are an intermediate to advance yogi, this class will give you a good workout. Please bring your own mat. No registration necessary. For more information, email jessieyates@tcplibrary.org.


Chair Yoga

Cheryl Crenshaw has been leading this class for almost a year, and it's very popular. If mat yoga is too strenuous for you, chair yoga will be perfect for you. This class meets every Wednesday at 10:00 am in the Community Room. No registration necessary. For more information, email jessieyates@tcplibrary.org.



Pilates

Pilates is similar to yoga, but focuses more on abdominal strength. This class is led by Gloria Rodenberg and meets every Wednesday at 9:00 am in the Community Room. No registration necessary. For more information, email jessieyates@tcplibrary.org.
