Did you know your local library has FREE yoga and pilates classes? We have three incredible instructors who volunteer their time to teach community classes. See the schedule below to find which class would work best for your body and schedule.

Mat Yoga with Liza Turner - Mondays @ 5:15pm
Chair Yoga with Cheryl Crenshaw - Wednesdays @ 10:15am
Pilates with Gloria Rodenberg - Thursdays @ 9:00am 

All classes are held in the Community Room. Please bring your own mat.
